Educational theatre has long been used as a methodology within the workplace. However, the methods that we aim to explore are not conventional training strategies.  This  session has been specifically designed for people in business who deal with customers vocally, whether it’s face-to-face or over the phone.

The methodology that we are proposing is derived from a theatre perspective, which explores human action and intention, vocal awareness and delivery of speech.  Our workshop will identify the importance of dialogue between you and your customers and examine the needs and expectations of the customer.
