Alternative Curriculum Provision

Schools are running alternative curriculum programmes for some of their more hard to reach students, targeting students who are underachieving or have issues with attendance, behaviour or struggle to adapt to the mainstream school environment.
2engage have a depth of experience of working with hard to reach pupils who may encounter barriers to learning, supplying workshop leaders who specialise in building a rapport with unresponsive groups. Alternative curriculum workshops can be for young people who have:
- Behavioural Issues
- Moderate Learning Difficulties
- Autism and Aspergers
- Anger Management Issues

Alternative Curriculum provision for students in year 10 and year 11
This is a rolling two year programme focussed on a variety of issues:
- Career planning and focus for options after year 11
- Anger management
- Self expressions
- Confidence building and self-esteem raising
Youth Safety Programme
This project addressing issues such as bullying, self worth and behaviour in school and outside of school. Working with year 10 and 11 pupils identified as been at risk within their community to take part in after schools sessions over an 8 week period. In partnership with Cheshire Police, 2engage delivered a series of interactive sessions included was:
- Personal safety
- Perception of young people
- Crime prevention
- Aspiration Raising
- Building Community Relationships
- Develop Friendships
