Environmental
We have made an ongoing commitment to strive towards a more environmentally friendly company. – We have a strict recycling policy on all company waste. – Where possible transport is shared and only necessary journeys are made. – We use recycled products where and when ever they are available.
Child Protection
2engage fully recognises its responsibilities for child protection and the protection venerable people. Our policy applies to all employees/volunteers and 2engage will take overall accountability for their safety and protection.
- Establishing a safe environment in which children can learn and develop.
- Ensuring we practice safe recruitment in checking the suitability of staff and volunteers to work with children.
- Developing and then implementing procedures for identifying and reporting cases, or suspected cases, of abuse.
- Supporting pupils who have been abused in accordance with his/her agreed child protection plan.
- Establish and maintain an environment where children feel secure, are encouraged to talk, and are listened to.
- Ensure children know that there are adults in our sessions whom they can approach if they are worried.
