13 July 2010 The ‘3 Men’ comedy show is currently showing at the Buxton fringe festival at the underground caverns.

We have had a fantastic review and the team are in high spirits.

PARENTS EVENT BOLTON

2engage performed the University Challenge show for parents and students at Bolton Community College. This parent event was a chance for parents and students to meet prospective Universities and find out about what Higher education can offer. YOUTH SAFETY PROJECT

19 May 2010 Poynton high school hosted the celebration event for the youth safety project. Invited guests included the Major, representatives from the Police, the fire service, housing trust and parents and teachers.

The event was a culmination of the YSP outreach headed by Cath Roper from Poynton High. 2engage were on hand to celebrate the young people’s achievements and Phil Goss addressed the audience to praise both the hard work of the young people and Cath and her team throughout the year.

ROMANIA TOUR 2010

19 May 2010 Piatra Neamt, Cluij, Iasi and Suceava were the destination for 2engage 3rd visit to Romania. With the help of some fantastic 2nd year performing art students from the University of Chester, 2engage worked in a variety of schools performing and running workshops.

Students from Chester had a chance to develop their workshop skills, meet some amazing people and have an incredible experience. The links with teachers in Romania is invaluable and 2engage look forward to future exchanges with our Romanian colleagues.

POST 16 OPTIONS SHOW

18 May 2010

'The Next Step' written by 2engage premiered at Chester University as part of the Aim Higher Salford Residential 2010. The new show follows the journey of a year 11 student considering her options after year 11.

Using engaging and entertaining characters to look at post 16 options such as A level, BTECS and apprenticeships 2engage performed to a packed auditorium with 5 schools from greater Manchester taking part in the residential.
